Some of our most meaningful creative experiences happen out in the community.
Through partnerships with libraries and community organizations across New Jersey, we bring hands-on art experiences directly to children, teens, adults, and families—creating opportunities to explore pottery, painting, mixed media, and creative expression in welcoming community spaces.

This Art in the Community page is where we’ll continue sharing upcoming workshops.

Registration & Workshop Updates

Participation, registration, and availability vary by host organization.

Some workshops may be free and open to the public, while others may require advance registration, enrollment, or payment through the hosting organization. Space may be limited.

Please contact the host organization for registration details, program times, age requirements, fees, and availability.

We’ll continue updating Art in the Community as additional free public workshops are confirmed.

Creativity Where Community Happens

Art does not have to happen inside a traditional studio.  A library meeting room, community center, classroom, or shared gathering space can become a place for exploration, conversation, learning, and connection.

That is at the heart of our Art in the Community programming.

We look forward to continuing to partner with organizations throughout New Jersey to create approachable, hands-on art experiences that give more people opportunities to create.

Bring Express Yourself Studios to Your Community

If you represent a library, school, nonprofit, civic organization, or community group interested in bringing an art experience to your community, we’d love to connect.

Visit our Plan a Creative Workshop page or contact Express Yourself Studios to start the conversation.

Check back for newly public workshops and community art programs throughout 2026 and 2027.

Express Yourself Studios is bringing creativity directly into the community through hands-on art workshops for children, teens, adults, and seniors across New Jersey.
Our Art in the Community page will serve as a place to share where we are headed next, highlight upcoming workshops, and celebrate the creative partnerships that allow us to bring approachable, meaningful art experiences to libraries, adult schools, senior centers, community spaces, and local organizations.

This summer and fall, we will be leading a variety of pottery, painting, and mixed media experiences designed to encourage creativity, connection, and self-expression. Some workshops are open to the public through the host organization, while others are private or community-based programs.

Here is where Express Yourself Studios will be next:

Bringing Art to More Communities

At Express Yourself Studios, we believe art experiences should be welcoming, accessible, and thoughtfully designed for the people in the room. Whether we are working with children exploring clay for the first time, teens developing new creative skills, adults reconnecting with art, or seniors enjoying a hands-on workshop in community, each program is created to make space for expression, conversation, and connection.

We look forward to continuing this work with libraries, adult schools, senior centers, and community partners throughout New Jersey.

To learn more about hosting a creative workshop with Express Yourself Studios, visit our workshop page or contact us to discuss bringing an art experience to your school, library, organization, senior center, or community event.
