What to Expect After Submission
Simone personally reviews each commission inquiry and will respond within 5–7 business days to schedule a consultation call. During this call, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your vision, discuss timeline expectations, and confirm the scope of the project.
Once the details are finalized, a formal quote will be provided. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission and initiate the creative process. The remaining balance will be due upon completion, prior to delivery or shipping of the final artwork.
Payment can be made securely via invoice (credit/debit card or ACH transfer). Custom commissions typically require a 4–6 week turnaround, depending on complexity and size.
