The Story We Bring
The Story We Bring is a reflective mixed media experience that invites employees to explore the people, places, experiences, values, and memories that have shaped who they are.
Before the session, participants are encouraged to bring copies of photographs, handwritten notes, postcards, meaningful words, or other paper-based keepsakes. During the workshop, these personal elements are combined with curated papers, paint, imagery, text, and specialty materials to create an original collage.
Guided creative prompts, conversation, and optional storytelling help participants learn more about one another while recognizing the range of perspectives and experiences represented within the organization.
