Whether you’re hosting a corporate giveback event, a school fundraiser, or a community gathering, our hands-on art experiences bring people together while supporting a great cause.
How It Works
Your guests will enjoy a guided creative session led by one of our professional artists, where they can choose from:
- Canvas Painting – Create a step-by-step guided masterpiece.
- Wine Glass Painting – Design and decorate a custom wine glass.
- Pottery Creations – Hand-build a functional piece from clay.
Each session is designed for all skill levels, ensuring everyone has a great time while supporting your organization.
Fundraising Model & Pricing
We believe fundraising should be simple and rewarding. That’s why our model is structured to maximize your donations while providing an amazing creative experience.
- Workshop Cost: $55 per participant
- Donation Allocation: $25 per ticket goes directly to your organization
- Minimum Group Size: 10 participants (guaranteed minimum of $250 donation)
Example Earnings:
- 10 participants = $250 donation
- 20 participants = $500 donation
- 30 participants = $750 donation
Booking & Event Details
- Location: We bring the experience to you (workplace, community center, or event venue).
- Duration: Two-hour guided art-making session.
- Booking Requirement: Events must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
- Fees: A $150 travel and setup fee applies (waived for group gatherings within 15 miles of zip code 07040).
- Payment Terms: Full payment for the guaranteed minimum number of participants (10) due at booking. Final payment required 3-days before the event.
