General Studio Policies
Health and Safety:
Entry will be denied to anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, flu, or RSV, including fever, cough, or difficulty breathing. Masks are optional, but maintaining a safe distance is required. Sanitization upon entry and frequent handwashing are mandatory. Non-compliance may result in denial of services.
Tuition and Fees:
Full payment is required prior to the start of any class or workshop.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Make-up classes will be scheduled in the event of closures. Notifications and rescheduling options will be provided.
Art Workshop Conduct:
Please wear suitable clothing; the studio is not responsible for stained clothing or lost personal items. A minimum of six students is required per session. If this minimum is not met, studio credit will be issued for cancellations.

Photo Release
I grant Express Yourself Studios, LLC and its subsidiaries ("Express Yourself Studios, LLC") permission to use my likeness and/or the likeness of any participating minors, in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes. This may include internal publications, promotional materials, and external publicity, including on the Express Yourself Studios website, newsletters (both print and electronic), and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
I understand that:
All images taken by or on behalf of Express Yourself Studios, LLC are its property. I understand that if my or the minor's image appears on the Express Yourself Studios, LLC website, it may be viewed and downloaded by third parties. I agree to waive any claims against Express Yourself Studios, LLC and release it from liability for third-party use of the images.
If you do not wish for your or your minor's picture to be taken, please provide written notice at least 24 hours prior to your class, workshop, or event via email.

- Virtual Classes, Workshops, and Parties: Non-refundable.
- On-site Session Cancellations: Studio credit will be provided.
- Birthday and Private Workshops: Deposits and payments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
- Art Kit Purchases: All sales are final.
- Special Event/1-Day Workshop Cancellations: Studio credit will be issued, no exceptions.
- 1-Week Session Cancellations: Studio credit will be issued.
- Workshop Passes: Non-refundable but transferable.
- Studio Credit: Must be used within 120 days.
- Make-up Classes: Offered only for cancellations due to weather or with prior arrangements.
- Groupon/LivingSocial Vouchers: Only applicable to specified public sessions and not valid for private events or large group workshops.
