General Studio Policies

Health and Safety: Entry is denied for anyone displaying COVID-19/Flu/RSV symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing. Masks are optional, maintaining safe distance is mandatory, and sanitization upon entry and frequent handwashing are required. Non-compliance may result in service denial.
Tuition and Fees: Full payment is required before the start of any class or workshop.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Live virtual classes, workshops, and parties are non-refundable.
- On-site session class cancellations result in studio credit.
- Birthday and private workshop deposits and payments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
- Art kit purchases are final.
- Studio credit for 1-day workshop and special event cancellations, with no exceptions.
- Studio credit for 1-week session class cancellations.
- Workshop passes are non-refundable but transferable.
- Studio credit must be used within 120 days.
- No make-up classes unless due to weather or prior arrangement.
- Groupon/LivingSocial vouchers are limited to their specific public sessions and are not applicable to large group/private events and/or workshops.
Inclement Weather: Make-up classes will be scheduled for closures, with notification and rescheduling options provided.
Art Workshop Conduct: Wear suitable clothing; the studio is not liable for soiled clothing or lost personal items. A minimum of 6 students is required per session, with cancellations resulting in studio credit.
Art Sales and Copyright: All sales are final, with artist retaining copyright. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
