General PoliciesHealth and Safety

For all offsite workshops, we follow the health and safety protocols of the hosting venue. Participants experiencing symptoms of illness, including COVID-19, flu, or RSV, are advised to stay home.

Workshop Fees

Full payment is required before the start of any virtual class or offsite workshop.

Cancellation and Refunds
  • Virtual Classes & Workshops: Non-refundable.
  • Offsite Workshops: Payments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled based on availability.
  • Art Kit & Product Purchases: All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for defective items.

Art Workshop Conduct
  • Participants should wear suitable clothing for art workshops, as Express Yourself Studios is not responsible for stained clothing or lost personal items.
  • A minimum number of participants may be required for certain workshops; if this requirement is not met, the workshop may require rescheduling.

Art Sales & Copyright
  • All artwork sales are final.
  • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed on artwork purchases.
  • The artist retains copyright for all artwork created and sold.
  • Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of purchased artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Shipping
  • Products will ship within 4-5 business days.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective items; all other sales are final.

Photo Release
​By participating in an Express Yourself Studios event, or a workshop being facilitated by Express Yourself Studios you grant Express Yourself Studios, LLC permission to use your likeness, or that of any participating minors, in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Express Yourself Studios’ website, newsletters, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Internal and external promotional materials.
You  understand that:
  • You will not have the right to review or approve Express Yourself Studios’ use of your or your minor’s likeness.
  • You will not be entitled to compensation for such use.
  • You waive any claims related to the use, discontinuation, or third-party use of your or the minor’s likeness, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or libel.
If you do not wish for your or your minor’s image to be used, written notice must be provided at least 24 hours before your workshop or event via email.
