Art Fundraiser Workshops

Bring your community together, support your mission, and raise funds through a hands-on art experience with Express Yourself Studios.

We partner with nonprofits, schools, charities, and community organizations to deliver engaging, mobile art fundraiser workshops. We bring the instructor and all materials to your venue, while your organization manages the space, promotion, registration, and ticket sales.

How It WorksYour organization selects a workshop and sets the ticket price.

Express Yourself Studios charges a per-person workshop rate. Your organization keeps the difference.

Example:

• Studio rate: $50 per person
• Ticket price: $75 per person
• Profit: $25 per ticket

​With 25 attendees, your organization earns $625.

Minimum: 15 paid participants required.

What You Provide

• Venue (required)

We do not secure or pay for venues.  We do not facilitate workshops in private homes are not used.

Pricing & Fundraising

Workshop rates vary by project:

• Tote Bag / Wine Glass: from $45
• Canvas Painting: from $50
• Pottery: from $55
• Mixed Media: from $60

Your organization sets ticket prices and keeps all proceeds above the workshop rate.

Final fundraising totals depend on attendance, pricing, and expenses.

Event Details

• Minimum: 15 participants
• Duration: ~2 hours
• Includes instruction, creation time, and cleanup

Larger groups or custom projects may require additional time.

Booking Requirements

• Book at least 4 weeks in advance (6–8 weeks for custom or large events)
• Signed agreement + deposit required to reserve date
• Final participant count and final balance due 7 days before event
• Organization is responsible for minimum guaranteed attendance

*The deposit is equivalent to the guaranteed minimum of 15 participants

Travel & Additional Fees

May apply for:

• Travel outside service area
• Parking, tolls, or access fees
• Additional instructors
• Extended time or custom projects
• Specialty materials

All fees are outlined in advance.

Payment

Your organization collects all ticket revenue directly.

Express Yourself Studios is paid based on the agreed workshop rate and guaranteed attendance.

We are not responsible for ticket sales, attendance, refunds, or fundraising outcomes.

We provide an original artwork or print for raffle.

Organization manages sales and compliance

• Split: 60% Studio / 40% Organization
• Minimum sales goal required
• Limited-Edition Print Campaign

A featured artwork is offered as a print fundraiser.

• Organization receives 25% of net sales
• Net sales exclude production, shipping, fees, and returns
• Studio manages production and fulfillment

Live Painting & Auction

Simone Anthony-Brown creates artwork live at your event.

• Split: 60% Studio / 40% Organization (unless otherwise agreed)
• Additional event fees may apply
• Availability is limited
