Ladybug

Materials:

1.      8 ½ ” x 11” White Paper or Larger

2.      Pencil

3.      Paint (Watercolor, Acrylics)

4.      Paint Brush


Directions:

1.      Draw a large oval, create a line across the top for the head

2.      Draw a line down the middle curving towards the end on the left, and on the right to create wings

3.      Draw circles on the wings, as many as your like

4.      Ladybugs have antennas and 6 legs, so be sure to draw those too

5.      Use your watercolor or acrylic paints to fill in your background, paint it in shades of green

6.      Now paint your ladybug, paint the red areas first then all the black areas including the antennas and legs
